I had an appointment and you’re always told to come in early. Another lady came in 20 minutes after me and they took her back first. I politely asked was there a reason she went back before me and they stated her appointment was before mines. As a person who works in Medical front offices, I feel like if you come late for your appointment then you should have to wait. That is inconsiderate of the other patients who actually came early or on time. But the doctor was very professional and nice !!!

I have not had a good experience here. I had one appointment almost a year ago and I haven't been able to see anything for the last year. I have never felt that my Rx has been correct from here. I was unimpressed with the optometrist who kept leaving my appointment at random times with out a word departing and coming back in. His young son was there from arriving afterschool so I don't know if that is what drew him away or what. I have been waiting for my next appointment for a VERY long time. It is this week. I just received a call saying they double booked their schedule and they wont be able to see me on my appointment day and time. I work far away and I stack my personal appointments. I plan my whole schedule around the time I will be away from the office. Is the other person who is booked on the day/time as the appointment that I thought was mine more important? Did they get to keep this appointment? My experience has been nothing but red flags. THIS is my sign to go somewhere else.

The medical assistant was great. The doctor explained everything and made sure I understood the issues I was having with my eyes. I was able to order to pair of glasses and the eye technician help to navigate and pick frames of my choosing. I can’t wait to pick my glasses up. Thank you all.

I thought it was a decent place until I needed to reach them to get information and then it was crickets, I sent 3 separate notifications to them but the voicemail box is full. 6 days of trying to reach them just to get info that should have been listed on my prescription. Then I tell her that we could not get ahold of them and she laughs and say, I don't know why not. Well I do know, you don't answer the phone that is why. I would strongly suggest that you go anywhere BUT here.

I made an appointment online when I came in my paperwork was already printed out & ready. Staff is very welcoming, my first time ever at the eye doctor. Dr Explained everything & made me feel comfortable. No complaints I will give an update once I receive my glasses.
