I am so happy I found this office. It’s right by the cute wildwood hotel. I had my eye exam there by Dr Keller and she was so nice. My prescription is perfect. And the office was so clean, no air freshener and really professional. I definitely recommend them.
HIPPA Violation! Employee seen on FaceTime while documenting patient records. Again on FaceTime while on the phone with a patient getting date of birth, address, etc to verify patient account.
Clarkson Eyecare in Wildwood, MO is the Absolute best at getting you into Contacts Confidently! Dr Karpel did an excellent job of finding the right script for my unique eyes. Then, Madison the Magnificent was the most patient, caring, and had more tricks up her sleeves in order to train me on how to put my new contacts in with just a couple of try’s! We laughed so much that I thought I’d like to sign up for weekly lessons. 🤩 The other office staff could not have been nicer and I would give a shoutout to them as well but my memory is going as well! Dr Keller and her team are professional, kind and patient. The exact kind of people you need to make it through 2 eye exams with a 6 and 7 year old. Miranda helped us pick out 2 pairs of new glasses for my daughter, she’s so excited for them to come in!!
