The appointment was on time. Not too busy considering it's a sliding scale Dr office. The lady's in the office are very helpful and nice. It was my son's first dentist appointment and they walked him through each tool they used. They made it less scary and as comfortable as they can.
Just had a molar pulled and boy was it tough. They did amazing and we're very informative with instructions and after care. Highly recommend Rural dental. Dr. Parrish and her helper crystal were amazing and didnt stop until they got every piece out. Im glad I found this place because I was going to plametto smiles in newberry and the Dr. There was terrible since they've been losing people. All he wanted to do was crown the tooth so he could make money when theres no point when theres a Crack in the inside of the tooth. Definitely DO NOT go to plametto smiles in newberry. Got my tooth fixed here, horrible job honestly. Didn’t even shape the tooth. Didn’t even use any tools to shape the tooth. She used her finger. Made the tooth very bulky. I don’t recommend at all. Appointment was at 10 & I had to wait Atleast 40 minutes to get called back. Also made the tooth white instead of matching the color to my other teeth.
LAUREN NATES, the obgyn department, is a good doctor but I wish she would of followed up with me with my lab results and had a more friendly manner. She's professional though but dont expect a smile or warmth. Maybe shes just there for a paycheck idk but what happen to doctors going the extra mile for their patient or just do a complete and proper job of your profession. I left dissatisfied. They did call with the pap smear results but said absolutely nothing about the high stuff in my bloodwork and I was to much in a rush to ask so im gonna print my bloodwork and ask my nurse at aiken barnwell.
Rural health services dental department is phenomenal this service is outstanding and very professional, they were surprisingly prompt well mannered and courteous. I had teeth cleaned and they saved a tooth with two other cavities corrected, no pain no fear was experience and the price was suitable for the wallet. Can't wait and looking forward to my next visit.
