I don’t understand these bad reviews – perhaps they are from a previous management? I found everyone here to be super pleasant and efficient –big shout out to Jeanne, who went above and beyond in fixing a pair of glasses that no other store was able/willing to, and for expediting my contact lens order to arrive before my trip.
Second service at this location, but this time, I used their optometrist (Dr. Dorothy Ewald). Dr. Ewald did a detailed and meticulous job, the results were good and precise. Also in the front I found Jacquie (whom I’ve meet on my previous visit)to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. She called me 2 days later: “your glasses are ready”!!! I found out that they do do their own glasses at this location, and they did a great job. Thank you. DK
Jeanne was incredibly helpful and patient during intake while I figured out my insurance coverage. Amazing and painless experience. Very grateful to the ophthalmologist who took her time explaining my prescription and fitting me with the best lenses for the clearest eyesight! And, of course, Jeanne who took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames for my new lenses! Exemplary service from all the staff!

Really nice pleasant staff, with a good vibe. Jackie was a gem. We spoke about frames and fashion. The owner even introduced himself. Conveniently located right off the 72nd street stop on the West Side of the Park.
