I have been using Cohens Fashion Optical at the 2748 Hylan location over three years now. I could not recommend them enough, I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and kindness they give in their help and customer service. Aby, Justine, Vanessa and Josh go above and beyond to help you thoroughly with everything you need for eyes. In my years of wearing glasses this location has the fastest turn around, friendliest service, are the most professional and will always give the best price on the wide selection of glasses they offer. I could not recommend them enough, if you need eyewear this is 100% the only place on Staten Island to go.

Got my glasses at Cohens. I have to say they have the nicest, friendliest people there. Everyone helped me pick my frames and when i had a little problem it was resolved quickly and better than I expected. Give them a try I think you will be glad you did.

Our insurance recently changed and Cohen's on Hylan was reviewed highly. Aby was excellent! Patient, knowledgeable showed me many frames based on my old style,new styles and colors to complement my eyes,face and coloring. She found a frame from the GVS private collection that got my attention.When I had to finally choose the entire staff was so helpful giving their opinion as to how they fit .A very positive experience..would highly recommend...thanks Aby and all the staff.

Every time I walk in, whether it’s for my glasses or my dad’s, they always make me feel genuinely loved and cared for. Their kindness and warmth go beyond customer service , it truly feels like family. Vanessa is such a beautiful soul. She took her time to find me the best deal that fit perfectly within my budget, and she did it with so much patience and sincerity. And Aby she completely touched my heart! She surprised me with a gorgeous Buffalo frame with a blue interior design, something that truly matched my taste. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. she could tell right away that I love nice things, and that made me a little emotional. To the rest of the team at Cohens, you are all wonderful. Every one of you contributes to such a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. You work together beautifully to make sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
