We were visiting New York when my nephew’s eyeglasses became misaligned, and he was having a really hard time seeing properly. We stopped by Coherence Fashion Optical, and I’m so glad we did. Andy was absolutely amazing. He took his time to carefully assess the issue and made sure the measurements were just right. Because of my nephew’s prescription, the glasses needed to be perfectly aligned for him to see clearly and Andy didn’t stop until they were exactly right. On top of that, the alignment was completely free, even though we hadn’t purchased the glasses from them. The service was prompt, the staff was kind, and the level of care was truly impressive. They treated us with patience and professionalism, and thanks to them, my nephew was able to see well again in his special glasses. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of service and the genuine kindness of the team.
