After spending over $700 on eyeglasses, the lenses became very scratched up. They were at the point that I could not see clearly. I took the glasses back to Cohen at the mall only to be accused of scratching the glasses myself by the Manager in the store. I am not sure of the managers name but she is the older lady with blonde hair. She was extremely rude and very belligerent while talking to me. I told her that I have been wearing glasses for many years and never had a pair scratch up like this. She said that she would change the lenses for another $300 dollars. I said no, I would rather take my business elsewhere. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THE BUSINESS. MANAGER IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND VERY RUDE.

Everyone at Cohens Fashion Optical made me feel valued as a customer the day i met Susan, Evie and the optometrist. My union paid for the bulk of the cost of the progressive glasses and I am thrilled to have such good care taken of my sight.

The customer service at this location is impeccable. Between Maya the manager, Sam and Vivi behind the counter and everyone else who works back there, they set a really high standard. If I could list everyone’s name, I would because everyone here is incredible and does an amazing job. They work with you, they help you and they do everything they can to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. I’m glad I found this place!

Really nice store. Manager was fantastic. The doctor was super professional too. Everyone made me feel welcome and gave great service. I highly recommend them. Their glasses selection is excellent🩷🩷🩷

Been wearing glasses since I was five, and this is the best pair I’ve ever owned. The staff was friendly and professional the whole time. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Thanks a lot!
