They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect contacts. The customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I had a fantastic experience at this optical. What stood out for me was the kindness, professionalism and care for customers! And for the lady who give 1 star of complaint of been scammed I have a hard time believing this, her imagination of scammers in this store. I was very well informed my choices with or without insurance they were more than accommodating my needs. My eye exam was 30 min with remote doctor. tbey presented me option with prices up front ! So do yourselves a favor check it out this store and ignore a nasty lady review because she had a bad day before she went in at Cohens and where else can you get designer frames for 30% off and match competition online pricesI and great customer service? don’t know about you but I’ll keep coming back to Cohens at Alton
