⭐ 1 STAR The one-star reviews are not wrong. I genuinely don’t understand how a doctor’s office can schedule this many patients and then openly tell people to expect a 3–4 hour wait. That’s not a normal delay — that’s overbooking. This office has been at this location for over 10 years, yet the Google review history doesn’t seem to reflect a practice that’s been here that long. I’ve noticed what appear to be different/new Google listings over time. With the amount of negative experiences being reported, potential patients should do their own research and not rely only on the current rating. We arrived early for an 8:30 appointment, yet people with appointments hours after ours were taken ahead of us. What’s the point of making an appointment if the appointment time doesn’t matter? Since this office became corporation-owned, the experience feels completely different. Calls are routed through an overseas call center, getting a callback is extremely difficult, and some of the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. It no longer feels like a family-oriented doctor’s office. It feels focused on volume and numbers. After waiting hours, our interaction with Dr. Simons felt like it lasted around 60 seconds. When we tried explaining our concerns, instead of taking time to listen and thoroughly examine the situation, the response felt defensive and rushed. Communication also felt extremely impersonal, especially trying to have a conversation with a doctor wearing two masks. When an office routinely tells patients to expect 3–4 hour waits while continuing to schedule this volume of appointments, I believe patients and insurance companies have every right to question the scheduling and billing practices and whether patients are receiving an appropriate amount of care for what is being billed. People deserve more than a 60-second interaction after waiting several hours. Read the one-star reviews carefully before making an appointment. Unfortunately, after our experience, I understand exactly why they’re there.

First time there waited 2 hours to have testing done. Then Dr came in for 5 minutes to order another test for the following week. Today went for results and again waited 2 hours and Dr came in for 2 minutes. Ordered follow up in a few months with no solution to the problem. Of course we will not be going back. Appointments are overbooked, entire waiting room full of people. Check in staff not very pleasant or organized. Check out person,Hunique was very pleasant each time we were there, the only bright spot in a very frustrating day.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before going. I wish I had. They overbook patients. It is impossible for the doctor to thoroughly evaluate and treat patients when they are booked in 10 minute intervals. Our appointment was at 10:50am we didn’t get called in until 12:50pm and didn’t see the doctor until 1:20pm. They are inconsiderate of anyone’s time. And according to the other patients in the waiting room, this was not unusual. If waiting two and a half hours to be seen wasn’t bad enough, when Dr Simon did come in the room there was absolutely no recognition or apology for the long wait. Dr. Simon was entirely condescending. He did not like that I opted not to have my daughter’s eyes dilated even though for what we were there for it was completely unnecessary. He proceeded to try to persuade me with scare tactics of stories where other patients had more severe sicknesses that he was able to diagnose because of dilating their eyes… I’m fully aware there are digital alternatives that can be done IF that had been necessary. Whatever you do, find somewhere else!

Dr. Simons is great but he's front end staff is awful. Especially he's Receptionists that makes appointments and checks you in. I come all the way from Boynton Beach to have to come and deal with an angry receptionist and a long waiting period thats crowed. I stop coming to this location for those reasons
