This visit was very quick. Appt at 9:20 and out by 10:30 they seemed to double up stations, maybe it was the time of year being summer and slower but i liked not having a two hour appt. Staff is alway very friendly. I don’t look forward to this appt with the IV dye (always bruise) and the eye dilation (takes 6 hrs before light doesn’t hurt). Thank goodness it’s only every 6 months
I had a great experience at Florida Vision Institute in Jupiter. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Lima was especially impressive—very knowledgeable and persistent in making sure my concerns were properly addressed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my care. Overall, a wonderful experience. I went down to this location for eye measurement for LAL cataract surgery that is being done in Stuart. The service here was timely, informative and reassuring, thanks. Looking forward to surgery in 10 days, nice people.
