My son started going to Dr. Shims office when he was 4 years old. Dr. Shim is very thorough in her examinations and detail oriented informing us of any concerns with his vision. Dr. Shim is patient and knows how to interact effectively with him when he is “in a mood”. We leave the office knowing our son’s vision is in the BEST hands! All the staff in the office are helpful and very patient! Our son has been seen at this office 3 times and each time he improves. They also have a great selection of bendable frames for active children. I would highly recommend Dr. Shim for any vision concerns with your child.

Doctor Shin is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and then guided me to talk the expert responsible for ordering glasses, so I could get an estimate for new glasses. The front desk receptionist is patient and helped me with the paperwork. She told me someone had rescheduled last minute, and allowed me to take their place the next day, instead of waiting until November Very happy with the service provided

Dr. Shim is amazing; she was great with my 7 year old daughter and made her feel comfortable, especially with it being her first eye exam. Everyone there was awesome!

Dr Shim and Staff are outstanding. Dr Shim offers something no other optician that I’ve been to, offers…after the exam, she takes test lenses and inserts them into an eyeglass frame holder for patient to test the lenses that match the results of your exam she just did on you. She wants to make sure you’re comfortable with that prescription. My experience with other opticians is that they don’t test their prescription they just gave you and it’s never quite right but the patient doesn’t know until after they’ve received their new glasses. So it save a time and money for both the patient and the doctor. Dr Shim’s personality is wonderful too. She is so nice and warm, smart and a good all around Doctor. Her staff is the same. Very dedicated to helping patients too. All around great experience there.

Great team!! doctor Shim, made me feel at ease , and with the team led by nicholle dukes., mary at the desk, i believe it was giselle and adel .i'm hope I'm spelling. Everybody's name, right? They are dynamite altogether. Best experience at an ophthalmologist office.
