Vince was great; scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. Good news about my eyes being healthy. Their frames are lovely and outrageously expensive, so keep that in mind. Be sure to Respond to the emails and texts or phone reminders -- or your appointment will be cancelled! And arrive early, or you will need to reschedule.
Was so blown away by the customer service and friendliness at my first annual eye exam with Colorado Vision Consultants. I feel like my experience with medical appointments lately has left a lot to be desired but I felt truly cared for, given options and honest opinions, no pressure to purchase anything, and just the absolute best staff I've worked with in a medical setting! You would be hard-pressed to find a better eye exam experience!
Dr Mclure was very informative and attentive to my vision needs. I suggest a review of the website-it's a bit quirky. No link for who the Doctors are and when I did find a link for Doctors the only choice that a link worked for was Dr Mclure?! I chose her anyway but couldn't research others?! Only correction is that prescription didn't include pupillary #'s which I needed to do an online prescription order!
I had my first eye appointment as I realized that it might be time to wear prescription glasses. My experience with Pearl Vision was excellent. I was able to get in quickly and was pleased with the detailed service. I had a complete eye exam. The Doctor was friendly and the process went smoothly. I had lots of questions and I felt that all of them were answered. I was given their contact information from a referral and let my friend know that he was spot on with the recommendation. I will see them again in the future and recommend them to others. It made having an eye exam, fun! 5 stars! I was completely satisfied with the service and learned much about my eyes!
We love Dr. Chaney. She takes time and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Quinn, her assistant was also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this Pearlvision location in Loveland for quality vision care.
