I don't know why anyone would hesitate making an appointment with this office! I am new to the area and needed a new contact perscription and I absolutely love the online scheduling option! I was able to get an appointment right away and found everyone in this office to be lovely, personable and eager to help determine and take care of my vision needs. They were super helpful with all the insurance stuff too and made sure I understood exactly what the exam entailed and how much any out-of-pocket costs would be.....no suprises.... just delightful!

I am extremely pleased with the care we received by a lady named Britney. I truly believe she went the extra mile to help my elderly mom who couldn't come inside the building (due to physical impairment) to try the frames for her new prescription glasses. Britney came outside in such hot weather (93°) and helped my mother with her care and needs. My mom is very happy she'll get new eyewear, and I am very thankful for people like Britney for helping others without worrying about color, race or religion and has treated us with dignity and respect. We were on vacation and my husband's glasses broke. Vince at the Sculpture Drive location in Loveland told us to come down and they could fix them while we waited. They were quick and friendly and even waived any fee! They made a frustrating circumstance so much better 😁.

This center in Loveland was AMAZING!! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an eye exam or glasses go here. From the moment I call I felt welcomed. I felt like a person and not a customer or patient. The woman on the phone was Incredibly helpful, the doctor was quick and personable, and the manager was awesome!!

I had a wonderful experience when I went in! They even got me in the same day, they were able to answer all my questions. To front desk , the doc and glassware team they were so very helpful! Ruth helped me with my glasses, she was very kind ! Thank you again!
