They gave me prescriptions that were WAY too strong. My astigmatism was THREE TIMES the strength they should be - I found out about this after I went to a different eye clinic and got new prescriptions only a few months after getting my original ones. Be careful.
Contacts have been ready for over a month and I had to call THEM to learn that information. Instead of them doing their jobs and actually calling me. Terrible customer service, organization, and prioritization of products that have been paid for. A whole month without much needed contacts because of your lack of effort and organization. -1/10. People have busy lives and the last thing they need to do is remind people of how to do their jobs. This service is expensive as is, a simple phone call when you are on the clock and supposed to be calling folks to let them know that their eyewear is ready, is not hard.
Dr. Nejatheim was incredibly helpful and so wonderful to work with! I forgot to pack contacts and would’ve had to navigate the city blind without his help. He was so accommodating and supportive — 11/10 experience!

Been working with them for the last two years and I must say they are pretty disorganized! I'll spare you the details but after initially "forgetting" (??) to fulfil my refill order they gave me the wrong contacts before a long international trip. Didn't double check the box and now I'm in Europe and can't see and been emailing them to send over my prescription info so I can try to buy some here, but no have gotten no answer in weeks. Tragicomic.
