Everything went very well. At each step of my appointment the staff were very friendly and efficient. The front desk person was helpful with my insurance questions. The person who gave me all the eye tests knew her job well, and we went through all the tests very quickly. Then I saw the Doctor, who was very knowledgeable and nice. Finally the person who helped me choose the right frames and options for my glasses was very knowledgable and efficient. Glasses these days cost a lot of money even with insurance. I felt I was very well taken care of!

I give a five star out of respect to the Eye doctor. He’s quick and efficient while simultaneously doing an excellent job. Highly recommend him. However… I felt like I got scammed on the $40 x-ray. At least the way it was worded and expressed to me seemed like shady salesman stuff. Also, I feel like everything is extremely overpriced. I can get the exact same frames and lenses for a fraction of the price online Same quality lenses. They do have a great selection and the sales people there are extremely helpful and kind. But yet again, they are salesman so…. Last but not least while waiting to get called in, I was forced to sit in a BO pungent odor. I felt sick the whole time I think one of the ladies out front Doesn’t wear deodorant. And how do you even confront a person? Lol
Very nice visit. Staff is always caring and professional really appreciate how well this office runs together as a team. Only downside is the price of the frames do have all the major designer brands just not my cup of tea.
Love Dr Barney! He is very professional and very kind. The office is beauty and the staff of very welcoming and helpful. I also have to see him for some of the medications I am on and he can do all the test required for that. They have a great selection of frames to choose from as well. All in all love this place!
The check-in, the pre-exam, the full exam and picking out glasses - each and every point of contact was amazing! I have been to a few different eye locations in the tri-cities and my experience here by far was the most impressive. The fact that each and every person actually listened to me sets them apart from all other establishments. I immediately recommended them to friends looking for new eye doctors as soon as I left.
