Tri-City Eyes

I had a great eye appointment today at Tri City Eyes- The receptionist’s were kind and welcoming! Jann who did some preliminary tests was amazing- share some good info - was knowledgeable and friendly- explained everything and was delightful! Dr. Hair was very pleasant Thorough and kind and the nice lady that went over costs and insurance was also very nice- great experience and can’t wait to get my new updated contact lens!!

As a new patient and new to the Tricities, this team made me feel very welcome! Extremely nice and helpful from my first call to make my appointment to the end of picking out my frames. Dr Hair was very nice and answered all my concerns. Thank you all for a lovely experience!

I stopped by today to have my glasses fitted as they had been bent. They are so sweet and helpful there putting them back in shape perfectly and fitting me in without an appointment. The receptionist rushed over to help me with the door as I've broken my ankle and I'm using a walker and tend to have problems with swinging doors. The best place with the best people and service after the sale. Which is so appreciated these days.

Dr. Hair is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions. I have very bad vision and I wear gas permeable contacts which is less common - because he wears them too, he was able to relate and recommend exactly what I needed with contacts and glasses to suit my needs best. The staff at the desk, and for eye measuring and glasses fitting are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very welcoming and supportive first appointment!

We visited Dr. Hair’s office for the first time this week. From the appointment scheduling process to the eye health testing to the interaction with Dr. Hair and to the glasses and contact fitting staff, we were extremely impressed. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I would give them 10 stars if I could… Highly recommended!
