Assistants are well versed on procedures and the variety of techniques and skills to obtain the best results from the myriad of optical machines and tools. Important medical histories are reviewed and the optometrist has the pertinent information at hand and can proceed with the eye exam. Proficient, efficient, caring and nurturing Dr. Thompson’s expertise resulted in the best correction prescription. The in-house optical staff excels with fittings/comfort of the new frames and together- correction and frame- have totally enriched my visual experience.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She was great. The doctor and his staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. This is a Great place for all your vision needs.

I felt like I had something in my eye for 3 days. It was driving me crazy. I finally called the clinic that I have been going to for the last couple yearsand asked if I could get in to see, Dr. Plesha. Wow! They were able to get me in the next day. Dr.Plesha is such a gentle and caring clinician, I really like his bedside manner. He did a thorough examination, rolled my eyelid back, which didn’t hurt at all. It turns out that I had a very dry eye that was causing the irritation. Now, after following his instructions and using eye drops four times a day, my eye feels totally normal again. Thank goodness! Heaston & Thompson Vision Clinic is great. They take care of the whole family. Just recently , my husband had something in his eye and they got him right in and got it out with no problem. They are very well trained. They think about your whole health because it does effect your eyes. They explain what is going on with your Vision and what would be best for your eyes. They listen and do what they can to get answers to any questions. The only down side is if you need an eye exam it might be months out. Only because they are well liked and have many patients.

The team at H&T was outstanding. I had a concering diagnosis from my optometrist who referred me to them. I had an appointment within the week and the interaction with the Front Desk, Amanda, and Dr H were awesome and now I am beginning treatment for problem that has affected me for a long time. They are first rate, top of the mark, 10 out 10 plus in my book.
