Walmart Vision Center

Anna was amazing. I went in because my glasses were damaged and she fixed it up in only a few minutes, they're actually more comfortable than when I first got them. I will absolutely be buying my glasses here now, and people like Anna are the reason why.

I’ve never been to Walmart for an eye exam before but saw that they took my insurance so figured I’d give it a try! I was pleasantly surprised that my copay was a lot lower there than at other places. Went in for my appointment today and was very impressed by the professionalism and customer service. Dr. Owen is awesome! Not only is he very good at what he does (he figured out my prescription very quickly!) but he was also kind and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be coming back! :)

I went to Walmart Vision after having a terrible experience at Columbia Point Eye Care. Twice, CPEC got my prescription wrong. Walmart helped me through the whole process. I felt heard and acknowledged. And after one exam I received glasses I could actually see out of, after months of just trying to get just that at the other place I went to. Lenses and frames are also more affordable. I got 2 sets of lenses and frames for the amount I could have gotten one at the other place. Not to mention when I made the appointment here i got in the following week and the glasses came in a week later. Friendly, quick, affordable and they make it easy! Highly recommend!!!

This is the second time I've been here for glasses! I wanted to get rid of my regular bifocals as my previous pair was my first time wearing bifocals! I figured I could handle transitional ones without any problems! I always feel so welcome when I go in there and have a good time while finding my special glasses. I was in Dire need of new prescription as I was getting lost in my own neighborhood at night. Well I'm happy to say I never had a problem one getting used to my glasses! It's as if I've worn them all my life! This was in December of (23) and ow I have to see if they can help reshape them as I fell into something hitting my glasses face first! (Not under the influence of anything) lol I thought sure I broke them but not, just bent them really good! I will post the up date!

On 03/19/2025 I went to Walmart Vision center 2801 Duportail St. Richland, Wa. To order my glasses. I had the best customer service from Anna. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Good customer service is very rare nowadays. Anna looked and presented herself like she loves her job. I felt very comfortable to ask questions and she answered all of them to my satisfaction. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses on Friday.
