My glasses started to delaminate or something from the intense heat and I called Community eye care in Menasha and found out my lenses still had a few months left of warranty so they put a rush replacement in for a new set of lenses. They also put a new set of nose pads on my back up glasses I was wearing while I stopped in. They new lenses came in quick and they installed them into the frame and I picked them up. They are great again. Thank you guys for your great customer service.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Larson and was very impressed with my visit. He was incredibly thorough - talked through my eye health, my new prescription, and the different options available to me for contacts. Yang was then incredibly helpful in looking over my options for glasses and sunglasses and going over my options with my insurance. I’m so happy I found Community Eyecare. I’ll be coming back for sure and highly recommend them to anyone needing an eyecare team.
This has been by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. The first pair of glasses I got from them were made upside down and bifocals added to the top of the lenses that weren’t even in my prescription. Obviously, they had to be remade. My other glasses broke so I didn’t have time to wait 2 more weeks so I had them just use my old frames and add new lenses to those instead. This time, the glasses I ordered did not properly fit and were painful. I questioned this prior to purchase but was told it’d be fine because they can adjust them afterward. I picked them up, they hurt my nose but was told they couldn’t adjust it any more. I tried to get used to them hoping it would just stop hurting. They caused sores on my nose. So I called to see if anything could be done or if they could just replace the broken part on my old pair then instead. I had a spare pair for parts. I was told no. The lady I talked to, Amber, was quite rude and stated that “ You can’t just pick and choose whatever you want. The lab isn’t going fix anything else for you. You had us replace the last pair and weren’t happy with those either so nothing appears to make you happy. If you return these glasses you’ll no longer be allowed to he a patient here” I was talked down to like it’s all my fault the previous glasses were made wrong and that these hurt so bad. I tried to speak to the clinic manager, Taylor, about this issue however, she absolutely did not care and said “Would you like a copy of your records do you don’t need to contact us again?” At that point it didn’t feel like anyone was going to care at all so I left with the records. No apology, concern, nothing. To make matters worse these records turned out to be either someone else’s records with my name on top or were just totally inaccurate. These records state that I’m on multiple medications I’ve never used, have eye issues I don’t have and that I had open heart surgery last March. None of which is true. So now I can’t trust any documentation there to even use the prescription to order glasses so I need to redo that too somewhere else. I’m still in shock that any place could be this inaccurate and treat someone with such disrespect. They don’t have to worry about punishing me by declining me as patient just for returning glasses that they refused to help with. The decision was already made by me anyway. I even gave them a second chance after the first failure. They didn’t even give me a second thought. Go somewhere else, literally, anywhere else.
Dr. Juedes is very thorough. And I worked with Jeannine and she showed she cared that my glasses fit well before ordering new lenses. She was awsome to work with.
My appointment was on time and very efficient. Staff was friendly and professional. Doctor did a great eye exam and explained results.
