Dr. Veronica is horrible. I’ve had her as my doctor several times and not one of those single appointments have I felt comfortable and cared for. This goes for my siblings as well. She constantly says very mean things to them, picking on every single thing about them, their appearance, behavior, mental health, weight, everything. She is incredibly rude as well, I do not recommend her at all. Reading these reviews is like seeing her pick and choose between each client.

Long wait time, however Complete care and Dr. Deleonardis cares about my son's health and treats us like family. Very great with babies. Love the books given out at each visit. My son really looks forward to them.
Dr. Gonzalez is incredible! She is engaging, personable, and makes everyone feel comfortable during the examination process. She asks thoughtful, relevant questions and has a great sense of humor. My kids absolutely love her!
While performing my son’s sports physical, Dr. Gonzalez-Rivera asked him to “walk a straight line like you would do for the cops.” I found this comment concerning, especially considering that my son is a 14-year-old. I believe a more appropriate and culturally sensitive instruction could have been used. For example, she could have simply said, “Walk in a straight line, placing one foot in front of the other,” or “Walk heel to toe in a straight line.” Dr. Gonzalez-Rivera appears to be very knowledgeable in her medical practice. However, I believe it’s important for all medical professionals, especially those working in pediatric settings, to exercise cultural competency and be mindful of how their words may be perceived.
Love Dr Veronica and Dr DeLeonardis as they are both such great doctors! They are knowlegable, personable and very kind. The problem of original appointment times changing seems to have been fixed and scheduled flu shots have not run out
