I've been to this Quest Diagnostics location probably a dozen times over the past few years, and every experience has been excellent. The location is very convenient, and their early opening time of 7:40 a.m. makes it easy to fit lab work into a busy schedule before work. Whenever I've scheduled an appointment, I've been seen promptly with very little waiting. The staff has always been professional, courteous, and highly skilled. My most recent visit was with Debbie, and she was outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and made the entire experience comfortable. Her blood draw was completely pain-free, which is something anyone who has frequent lab work can truly appreciate. It's not often that you look forward to getting blood drawn, but this Quest Diagnostics location consistently makes the process quick, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing laboratory testing.

I was a walkin and and asked technician Trina if I could have my blood test done and did not have an appointment. She responded yes but could wait up to 2 hours. Trina got me in right away after she finished with her patient. She was very efficient and got out of there in less than 15-20 minutes. Trina was awesome, very friendly and made my day.
I come to this location for TB screenings for nursing and I have to say each time is a pleasant experience. Debbie is an amazing tech with such positive and nurturing energy that makes you forget why you came here in the first place! Not only is she skilled at what she does, her ability to converse with clients in such a therapeutic tone makes one realize that this should be universal with ALL healthcare professionals! I was initially nervous for the blood drawing because the last time I had an experience with needles it was for an occipital nerve block with my neurologist and it did NOT go well at all. However, this time, all my nervousness went out the window when speaking to Debbie. I didn't even have to tell her that I was nervous. As if she was on autopilot, she took my mind off things by asking me why I was getting the screening and we talked about my goal of becoming a travel nurse. She shared stories of her time traveling in the military to beautiful places such as the Philippines. Before I knew it, the visit was over! Oddly enough, I wanted to stay and learn more about her and hear what I should look forward to when I travel! The only reason why I'm giving this location 4/5 stars is because the wait times. This last visit I was in and out in about 15 minutes, but the time before that it was much longer. So really the wait times are a hit or miss despite having an appointment.
I had a really great experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. If you’re looking for it, it’s in the back of the Randall’s grocery store, which took me a minute to figure out. I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on a Wednesday, and it was definitely busy. I highly recommend making an appointment because walk-ins are seen after scheduled patients. While I was there, a husband was upset that his wife had been waiting, but she was a walk-in. The staff were doing exactly what they’re supposed to do and were working hard to keep things moving. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Trina! I always have trouble getting my blood drawn because my veins are tiny and like to roll, but she found a vein immediately on the first try. She was so kind, friendly, and made the whole experience quick and easy. If you’ve ever had a difficult blood draw, you’ll understand how much of a difference that makes. Thank you, Trina!
I cannot say enough good things about Trina. I am a hard stick and I have had a lot of trauma in my past from bad blood draws. She was so kind and I had a huge lab order that I was to take to another lab, but I didn’t have confidence in them anymore so she had to manually input my lab orders which took some time, but she was the sweetest thing ever and the blood draw went amazing..
