Conn Vision

We had a great experience with Conn Vision. My son needed an appointment immediately and it was available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Conn Vision. I took my son in February 2026 to get glasses, and after waiting an entire month, we were told there was an issue with the lab and that our order was basically lost. We were assured “this has never happened before,” which didn’t make the situation any better. They issued a refund and told us they would also reverse the insurance claim. On top of that, they promised that once the glasses came in, they would still give them to us due to the inconvenience. However, now we’re being told the glasses arrived defective—and my son STILL has no glasses. Because the insurance benefits were already used, we can’t even go to another eye doctor to start over. This has left us completely stuck, and my son without something he actually needs. This whole situation has been frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Dr Patel and the staff were fantastic. I had an emergency and they were all very accommodating. Dr Patel was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and Conn Vision.

I had a great experience with Conn Vision. The receptionist and manager managed to squeeze me in for an emergency eye exam right before the holiday. Dr. Lavanya Tammareddi was patient and knowledgeable. In fact, while I was waiting for my turn, the patients before me all seemed very satisfied. The whole appointment felt relaxed and never rushed. Everyone was very respectful and made me feel like I was in good hands.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shilpa Patel and her team. She was kind, professional, and very thorough throughout my exam, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her staff was just as welcoming and attentive, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. My appointment started right on time and was comprehensive without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist.
