Liz needs to be demoted, she’s letting that power get to her head & Andrea needs to mind the business that pays her. They tried to have me kicked out of Costco, because I was next to my boyfriend while he did a Instacart order. I wasn’t aware of the rules & I have my own membership. Threatening to have security escort me out is not cute. Once the manager was involved he still let us check out? Crazy. Being rude and nasty is unacceptable. Mind you, we weren’t even in Andrea’s line. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Friday 7/17/2026 about 6:00 ish I had a disappointing experience at this Costco location that left me feeling unwelcome this evening. I entered through the member entrance and walked over to the customer service counter because I had received my annual membership reward certificate and simply had a quick question about how to redeem it. When I arrived, one employee appeared to be assisting another customer, and another employee was away from the counter, so I stood behind the marked line and waited my turn. While I was waiting, another couple entered through the exit and walked directly up to the counter without waiting in line. Instead of acknowledging that I had been waiting first, an employee turned and began assisting the couple. After a moment of confusion I said, “Excuse me, I was standing in line.” The response I received was a curt, “Ma’am, we’ll be with you in just a minute.” I was then met with uncomfortable looks from both the employees and the other customers, which made me feel as though I had done something wrong simply by pointing out that I had been waiting my turn and this couple cut me by just going to the counter. When I was finally helped, I explained that the only reason I had spoken up was because I had been standing in line and was trying to follow the process. My question ended up taking less than a minute to answer. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years, and I understand that busy moments happen. However, acknowledging customers, maintaining the order of the line, and treating everyone with respect are basic expectations. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed for simply expecting the same courtesy that everyone else should receive. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. A small amount of communication and acknowledgment would have made this interaction much more positive.
Costco consistently delivers outstanding value and quality. The warehouse is clean, well organized, and stocked with a huge selection of groceries, household essentials, electronics, furniture, and seasonal items. The Kirkland Signature products are excellent and often rival premium brands. The staff is friendly, checkout moves surprisingly fast, and the return policy is one of the best around. The food court is always a great bonus for a quick, affordable meal. If you shop regularly or buy in bulk, a Costco membership is well worth it. Go to for Costco
My husband and I have been a member of Costco for over 25 years. We are retired and we travel 6 or 7 months out of the year. This is the worst run front end store that we have ever experienced. Lines are horrible. They are understaffed horribly and unfortunately are not friendly. Recently we stopped to pick up a few items. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for the ONE human run check out line. THEy didn’t ring up one of my items and literally ran after me screaming in front of all the customers for me to stop like I had committed a horrible crime. We needed ice for traveling. This Costco sits right on Pena Blvd and I-70, a heavily trafficked area. Again, the only Costco we have been in that does not sell ICE. Lastly, if you need diesel, do NOT expect to get it here either. We have stopped here twice but will NOT stop again and will NOT recommend it to others.
I love Costco !! It’s my happy place, per month I tend to go once . I usually spend from 600-800 dollars per visit today Armando at customer service took it upon him to humiliate me in front of the line and educate me on being more conscious of what I return. ( all small items I didn’t use or need by the way ) I need to know how much to buy and not overbuy . I told him it was not his place to educate me or tell me anything . He said we will mark your account to which I asked how will you be marking it . I told him he had no right to mark it negatively to which he apologized for his words and retracted his statement . This is the first time I have been told at Costco that he would help me this one time but next time he would not return any items . Mind you I never return items but once in a blue moon . I told him that I had never been treated like that at Costco ever . He did apologize and made small conversation but by that time I was so red I just wanted to leave .
