Costco Harrisburg

While visiting family in the area, we stopped into Costco. We got gas and then went shopping. As expected, the store had more than we could ever need or want. You might say it was quite overwhelming. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. A couple of hundred dollars later we had finished. What a wonderful experience to shop in such a great store.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Costco. I brought multiple guests with me, and when we tried to use self-checkout, we were immediately told we couldn’t because they don’t allow multiple people at the registers. We go to the manned checkout, and this arrogant, rude employee named Jonathon was working. He was condescending, zero customer service skills, and treated us like we were inconveniencing him just by existing. Then he smugly informed me that only the membership holder could pay something I’ve literally never encountered at any other Costco in my life. His attitude was pure entitlement and disrespect. The Allentown Costco runs circles around this location. Night and day difference in service and management. Avoid this place if you can especially if Jonathon is working. Terrible experience from start to finish.

This Costco is always clean and well-stocked, with a great variety of items, especially organic foods and snacks. I really appreciate the selection and quality they offer. They also consistently have items marked down or on sale, which makes it even better and helps you feel like you’re getting great value. There’s always a wide variety of samples, which makes shopping fun and helps with trying new things! And honestly, this is the only grocery store I’ll buy a cake from it’s delicious, even compared to traditional bakeries. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes every trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location! 😊

It's Costco, the Greatest store on earth. What more can be said!? $1.50 hot dog can't be beat.

If you could avoid going over the weekend, it’s a good idea. There are long lines but the staff is very fast and polite. It moves quickly! There are so many goods to highlight but I’ll start with some of my favorites. The dry fruits and the seeds! Note: Their Pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
