Jeff provides outstanding customer service and excellent care. He is patient, kind, and truly inspiring—the world needs more people like him. This was my first time speaking English with someone, and he made me feel confident, comfortable, and respected. If I could give a zero I would. I arrived early for the appointment, asked if they could see me earlier or if it was an issue I could return later after shopping around. They said they could see me before my appointment at 2:00pm. I had my preliminary exam like 20 minutes in after that and then I waited and waited for ever kept asking the staff and they were waiting for the doctor. The doctor at one point said out loud oh her appointment is at 2pm. He was not seeing anyone grabbed his backpack and just shut himself in the office. We requested the other lady Dr which the front receptionist and she said ok no problem she will see after the next patient or 2 you can shop and we will call. Went to shop then Dr Singh apparently took my chart from the other Dr side called me that he was ready to see me when I had requested the other doctor. Came back to the office and then they told me that I would have to wait since they called me and I didn’t answer. In retrospect I waited 2hours and never saw any of the doctors. Waisted most of my Saturday cause of the blatant disregard and respect for other people’s time. If I could give a zero I would.

Elvis in the Costco Optical Department at Davie is great! I had to go there a few times between picking out my glasses, picking them up and getting the fit right. Even when it was super busy, Elvis was sure to provide great customer service. He helped me pick out the perfect pair for my style (and I am a designer so I can be picky!!) and get the fit just right. Sometimes the wait was a while if there were a lot of people, but just go early- hope you get to work with Elvis and you will be fine.

My partner and I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Marcus Singh at Costco Optical. We arrived early for my partner’s appointment and were told they would be able to see us. My partner was given paperwork to fill out and asked to wait. After completing the forms, we waited for over two hours. When Dr. Singh finished with another patient, he came out, looked at us, and told the receptionist that we could keep waiting then closed his office door. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable seeing him and asked if my partner could see the other optical doctor instead. The receptionist told us to go shop and said she would call us when the other doctor was available. She placed my partner’s paperwork outside the other doctor’s door. Shortly after we left, we received a call saying a doctor was available and to come back right away. However, when we returned, we were told that we “took too long” and that another patient had been taken instead. In total, we wasted almost three hours and my partner never received any care. The entire experience was rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.
