WORST GLASSES PLACE EVER!!! Got Costco card this year and thought I give the optical a try. What a disaster, they do not know what the heck they are doing! I am tired of going back, of going back, of going back for adjustments!!! There was a wrong lens placement, wrong color of the lenses as I asked for grey, but got brown, and today, I went for another pick up and asked for adjustment and got no adjustment, no care! And, what about the elderly with a flip phone, we are not even able to get in the line to be seen by the optical employee because of your unwelcoming system! Outrageous!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The Staff at the Optical Dr office are AWESOME. They listened to my request to see the Dr ASAP and she literally saved my eyesight. I cannot thank her enough for her understanding and care. Also Dr Monsour was as Professional and caring above and beyond as I was really scared and he calmed me and assured me that it was going to be alright. Thank you to ALL at the Costco Optical.

Sadly I must agree with the other review here. I went to have a contact lens exam and the woman in the office represented herself as Mark Mansoir and even wrote the prescription for my contacts on his prescription pad. I should have questioned it being that Mark is typically a man’s name but I didn’t want to be rude because it could have been her actual name. Based on the other review here, my suspicion was right and Mark Mansoir was not the person that performed my exam or wrote my prescription. The exam was super quick and the woman doc was very pleasant. However, I was not fitted for my contact lenses during the exam and my past history with astigmatism was never mentioned. Although I am not new to wearing contacts or glasses, I did not know that I should have had a contact lens fitting and test for astigmatism. I ended up purchasing my contact lenses from Costco and they were the worst! During the exam the woman doctor asked ME what kind of lenses did I want and I gave her a brand I am familiar with, however she should have offered suggestions to me since I am just a customer and don’t know what lenses are best. For the first time ever, I ended up with conjunctivitis since wearing the contacts lenses and my vision with them were completely off, as someone with an astigmatism 🤦🏾‍♀️, which I have a history of. My eyes were also super dry while wearing the contact lenses and my eyes stayed red, even after I switched my contact lens solution. I love Costco and will purchase my future contact lenses and glasses from there. However, I will never have another eye exam done at Costco. Whenever I do go back for optical wear, my prescription will be in my hand from somewhere else.

This particular location has a great selection of frames for a good price. Patrice was extremely helpful and even gave me valuable advice on choosing my frames. My glasses came in less than a week. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider making future purchases at this location.

First time I went to the eye Dr at the Delray Beach optical dept at Costco. Just wanted to make sure my prescription had not changed. Had an appt for 11:45. Finally was seen at 12:45. The front desk staff were unprofessional and did not have any idea as to what was going on. Apparently I am not the only person who has not been happy with the service. I am only talking about the eye doctors office. Not Costco optical dept.
