Costco Optical 1645

Amazing store and much awaited one. The staffs are very helpful through out the store. I see few ppl are complaining but this is new store and most of them are new employees. They need some time to get them learn new things. Reach out to manager and escalate your issues.

I was here on the day of opening. Lot of food samples to try. New Self Checkout system is amazing. Costco Team member scanned all the items before reaching the self service station - I just had to scan membership and pay (this is the only unique thing I noticed). Lots of parking just like any other Costco in Texas.

I hate writing this review for a Costco in my neighborhood. But, for some reason the kitchen area in the back where they make the rotisserie chicken smells like stale meat. And the smell is strong that it dominates until the produce area. It was so strong my clothes started smelling even after leaving the store. That kitchen area is not closed(open kitchen )in every Costco including McKinney and Frisco but, this particular warehouse has a very strong smell. I hope they are able to fix this. Everything else is great as usual.

Glad they opened costco closer to home

Love the new store. I have a family member working there that absolutely enjoys his job! So glad to have a nice store, with lots of variety and good prices!
