Costco Optical 1714

The opening of this new location is a big win for the folks who live in or near Indian Land. I am so glad they opened this new location. I live closer to the one in Matthews, NC. However, it is always too crowded and not a good experience. This Costco location is much nicer. There is more parking and the isles are wider. The staff were nice and very efficient. I will now only come to this location.

Solid store. I prefer it over Sam’s… they have cleaner options— food with better ingredients.. However, there are a few areas for improvement… 1) do wish the staff was friendlier they just all seem like they really don’t want to be there. 2) i wish they had in the app where you can check out and just walk through the arches at the end it checks your receipt and you’re good to go..like Sam’s Club does… it would lessen the lines so much. The lines do get really long here. I have came in a rush and had to leave because I didn’t have time to wait in line. The app checkout option would really improve my experience along with others I’d be more inclined to spend my money here more frequently.

Costco is my favorite place to buy eggs, butter, paper towels/toilet paper, protein shakes, flowers. Kirkland is their store brand and it is often equal or better to the name brand quality. They carry some really great cheeses and their bakery is divine too. Only two in our household and I still use our membership 3-4 times per month. Photo of some planters we got at Costco last month.

I love this Costco location. The store is always clean, and everything feels fresh and well organized. I’d recommend going on a Wednesday if you can because it’s usually less crowded and much easier to get in and out. I also recently got new tires here, and the experience was great. The tires arrived within 48 hours, and the replacement was completed within 72 hours. The 5-year warranty is hard to beat. Highly recommend this location!

This new location is really impressive . The layout is spacious, everything’s neatly organized, and they’ve introduced some cool new AI gadgets that definitely caught our attention. The staff were friendly and the checkout process was smooth. Overall, a great addition to the area worth checking out if you haven’t yet!
