This Costco stands out for a few reasons. First, the entire town used to joke about a Costco opening every time a store closed or bulldozers cleared a plot of land. The desire was obvious - it’s so much nicer to have one in town than having to drive some 19 miles to the next town's Costco! Second, this is the only Costco I’ve been to that isn't overrun with crazy shoppers. I can actually shop stress-free! I don't have to be cutthroat just to find a parking space. And the gas station? I’ve never had to wait in line. It’s massive— have you seen a gas station that has 24 pumps across 8 lanes! It’s been over six months since the grand opening on October 30, 2025. While the number of shoppers has grown a bit, it’s still in the "sweet spot"—busy enough for the store to stay profitable, but quiet enough to keep the shopping experience pleasant.

Administrative staff on the phone doesn’t want to help. I called and inquired about the big black storage box with a yellow lid, to see if they still have them on sale. The staff told me she doesn’t know what I am talking about. It seems like she just went on their website and did a quick search and told me there isn’t such a thing. I explained to her I saw it in the warehouse last week. I just want to check on the price before I make a trip out to the warehouse. She told me again there isn’t such a thing and there isn’t a sale. She started giving me an attitude, making me feel like I am crazy to ask for this. So I ended up calling the Harrisburg Costco. They answered and got me the answers I need within 15 seconds. The lady told me the sale is still going on and you can pick them up in the warehouse. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The management needs to do a better job. The workers should know how to find items in the warehouse and treat their customers with a better attitude.

They parked all the cart(about 500+) outside where it supposed to be a side walk area. Make people to walk on the drive ways in and out. They using inter space for plants and shrubs. Other side They parked an big SUV to black the walkway too. I complained to an associate, a week ago but doesn't seems to be care. Costco want to maximize their revenue by not following the space rules.

I am an expert Costco Member. I have been in over 75 different Costco's this year between two countries. This was my first trip here and I was curious to see if the bad reviews were accurate. They are not. This is your typical new Costco. They had a few unique items I have not seen in any other Costco this year. I did not expect to find any items marked down, since they just opened a few weeks ago. We got more bargains than we thought we would get. We went to Harrisburg after here, and we did not buy anything there. The "bad" reviews that are here are about slow service. Well, sorry, but people were ahead of you. There is an AI generated review saying he noticed a lot of Muslim women and very few Halal products. I did not see any Muslim women in the few hours we were in the store. That person has only 2 reviews over 4 years. I'm calling it fake. This was a typical Costco shopping experience for us.

Absolutely love it. We shopped here this month for the first time on a Tuesday around 11. We are in our fifties and usually shop at the Harrisburg location. We loved the no traffic, NO WAIT at the gas pumps, no wait at all for the self checkout, very spacious parking lot, super clean inside and the one employee we engaged with was very friendly and eager to help. The products we were looking for were easy to find. Ate a hot dog while we were there and it was the usual high quality, inexpensive Costco hot dog. Well done Costco!
