Yes, just wanted to pay A compliment to Dr. Melanie the Optometrist and her assistant Jaid for providing A great service. I was able to come in on a short notice due to a cancellation. And there is A great selection of Frames available.

Worst experience,asked about walks in availability for eye exam and a lady came out from the office and answered in a rude tone with angry attitude no we don’t have any. Costco needs to teach their store employees including the ones in the optical dep some basic customers service manners.

My benefits are expiring soon and I was in desperate need of a new eye exam and contacts. The administrator who answered the phone let me know that they were fully committed as far as appointments but that she could probably take me as a walk in after lunch. I showed up and after some very brief paperwork I was able to get in to see the Dr. right away. The exam was quick and painless; Dr. Melanie was so much fun, cracking little jokes here and there and completely putting me at ease. They even had my contacts in stock so I was able to leave with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next exam, thank you Dr. Melanie and team for a great experience!

I had my first stress-free optical appointment ever here last week. Calling and scheduling was easy and the receptionist takes the time to leave a reminder on your phone the day prior. Not only was she professional, nice, and honest but so was Dr. Laura. The appointment itself was quick, thorough, and easy--in spite of my being a couple minutes late. Additionally, never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Now, I have a prescription that is good for two (!) years and is in Costco's system in case we move again. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Cameryn( sorry on the spelling) was fantastic in optical. He took his time to help my 14 year old daughter pick out her 1st pair of glasses. The right color and fit! So so nice. I will now always get glasses from there. 5 stars for him and the team there. He explained everything to use. Just a very lovely experience all around. They said it would take 10 to 14 business days and only took 2. Very impressive. Since it took 6 weeks from her eye doc. The glasses she got from her eye doc after waiting 6 weeks broke in 2 hours. So went to Costco instead. Very happy.
