Costco Optical

I needed to adjust my glasses. I didn’t get the glasses at Costco but yet Sam, Aryssa and Jessica all helped me without an issue. The thing I kept thinking in the three times I went for assistance was you just don’t find this kind of fantastic service anymore. Besides those three people I could see everyone else working in the Optical Department as hard as they could even while it was so busy each time. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and polite.

Never have gotten glasses before. This experience from start to finish was so easy, exceeded expectations. Every employee I dealt with was great at their job, from Doctor to person helping pick frames, to person helping me pick up my order.

Dr Homuth was so kind and almost like talking to a friend, very easy going. I did a walk in appointment on a Sunday and was helped right away. The girls at the front desk were very nice. Happy to walk away with contacts and a new prescription :)

I want to give a shout out to SAM for his patience, professionalism, and knowledge. I have been coming to this location for years and worked with various dispensers and Sam has been the best! It's particularly tricky to adjust new glasses on my face but Sam always took his time to get it right.

I have getting my eyes examined here for 3 years. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes and finally left. It would be nice if they would inform people if there is a longer than usual wait. I could have been doing something else.
