Worst customer service ever. The optical counter staff are the most UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I have ever encountered. Will not acknowledge any customers. The new queuing system is a JOKE. Do not waste your time on this place. Its service is cheaper for a reason. Not worth the aggravation. There are better options than this place, as I found out.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third time going to the optical department inside Costco(only because I usually can get a pair for $180ish) but I definitely won't go back I've had issues with the prescription being off before but this time the workers were so rude, no apology, no accountability. My prescription is RT -1.00 -1.00 105 LT -1.00 -0.75 087 I kept seeing blurry with these new glasses so I took them to my optometrist and they were astonished on how bad Costco did. Costco got it so wrong!!!!I was so irritated and wasted my time My clear glasses were -1.00 -1.00 115 -1.00 -0.75 088 And to top it off even the shades were different which doesn't make any sense. -1.25 -1.00 113 -1.00 -0.75 087 The Caucasian male who helped me didn't say a word when I brought them back and I felt like I was a bother to him. All he said was come back if they are blurry again (which they were) but my optometrist helped me out and fixed them for me so I didn't go back to Costco to ask for a refund. Definitely wouldn't recommend
They leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up the phone. This happened on two separate occasions.
This review is for the office where you get your exam. The people behind the counter ordering glasses and contacts, very nice and helpful. And their is one really nice lady in the office who is actually helpful when you have a question, the rest should be fired for rudeness. The one who with the fake eyelashes is the worst. Will never be back to this facility. They are just plain Rude with chips on their shoulder.
The eye doctor she is really nice and professional, BUT where you go give your eye prescription (glasses)is this rating. They don’t answer the phone and just send you back to the operator. They also don’t behave professionally please change that guy and two women.
