If he is available, find Tom. Tom is by far the most helpful and kindest optician I have ever met. After picking out a pair of frames for myself and not liking them, he gladly gave me a FULL refund on the order and even went through the hassle of getting back my insurance plan. Few weeks later I then again had problems with those new frames(I’m really indecisive) and Tom willingly guided me through the entire process once again, finally helping me choose a pair of Hugo Boss frames that look excellent and fit well! He is the man!

Ati Sbeta is the reason we keep coming back to Costco for eyewear. He’s by far the best optician we’ve ever met. He is the friendliest and very professional. He always has a big smile on his face. You can tell he really cares about helping people and making sure that his customers get the best experience & Product. Ati goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right, and he makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’ve sent so many friends and family to him, and they all had great things to say too. He works extremly hard, pays attention to the all the details, and makes you feel taken care of. Costco is lucky to have him!

If you are having a hard time finding good frames that will fit your big head. Go to this optical shop and look for Ati (Ate hehe). First he adjusted my frame to fit perfectly on my head and then helped me find a size 60+ that looks great on my head. Hands down Ati is very helpful. I'm not sure when my 2 glasses will arrive but it should be in before 10 business days. Prices are very competitive and they also have signature brands for those with normal size heads.

From beginning to end, my experience was fast, efficient and professional. Dr. Ho was a pleasure to work with and my favorite Dr. of all time. Oh, and did I mention that my glasses were ready in 5 days! (this includes Sat. & Sun) Just WOW!

Definitely need an appointment. Don't even try to do a walk in. But they have an appointment every 20 minutes so there's plenty available if you call ahead. Dr. Ho was very nice, helpful and educated on my not so common conditions. Recommend *with an appointment*
