I purchased contact lenses but unfortunately several of them tore while in my eye or before I could properly use them. This was very uncomfortable and concerning. I expected better quality, especially for a product that goes directly into the eye. I was about to go to ER to get help to take out it from my eyes.

This was my first visit to this office . I like the Costco frames and the synergy of getting my prescription and frames at the same time is valuable . Dr Mai and her staff Alex and Wendy are professional and gracious . Dr Mai took the time to thoroughly discuss my eye health as I took a retina scan as well as glaucoma test . I figure I do all the diagnostics for my vehicle why not for myself as well . So glad I did .
I went in with a prescription on a weekday morning and was the only customer. The two employees scrolling on their phones barely gave me the time of day, mumbled some excuses and told me to look online. Total incompetence and a complete lack of customer service is all the more galling as I pay Costco for the privilege of shopping there. I'm going to change that when my membership is up for renewal.
I called to confirm if I could send a relative with my prescription to make them. Then, my family members went and said I needed to go personally. A really miss communication.
This place is far from professional. My case meets the criteria of medical necessary for contact lenses but they did nothing to help me on that. They even asked me to claim the insurance BY MYSELF??! I wasted two mornings to ask for a prescription mentioned that but the doctor seems very confused like it’s the first day working for her entire life. I have to go to another place to get my contact lenses and then find out this thing is really easy.
