A few months ago. I waited more than 30 minutes while 4 opticians were sitting around talking with each other. They have a take a number system but were not paying attention to it. 1 optician finally helped me out when I interrupted them. Limited selection of frames Update: 1 month later - I went back and got good service from a helpful optician at a good price

The glasses and contact lens prescriptions are very good value products. The service sucks. They are currently running 60 minutes late for my daughter’s appointment. Unacceptable. Everyone runs behind, but we were not informed that they were running that far behind and the employees there don’t care at all. A complaint will be filed. They work like snails here.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Olive in optical. She was super helpful and kind in helping me get my new lenses and frames. She went above and beyond in helping me pick my new frames as this was my first time at Costco’s optical center. Highly recommend you visit her for your next set of glasses.

Horrible, horrible service!!!. The two girls up in the front don't want to be there and it shows. Right from the start as soon as I got there the girl in the front tried to encourage me to schedule an appt for another day. I took my daughter for her first eye visit to get contacts and glasses the experience with the Dr was great but when we had to go back to the girls in the front that's when it all went south again. They are constantly telling you to go outside very rudely and they don't know what they are doing. We paid $320 today for a horrible service not to mention $30 to teach my daughter how to put on and take off the contacts but their training sucks very bad I could have taught my daughter better myself but they don't allow you to take the contacts if you don't do their supposed training. It took them a good 30minutes but not once did they show a video or anything visually to really teach her I had to stop the "training" because it was going nowhere she was definitely not qualified to teach anyone to put and remove contacts. We walked out of there and won't be coming back to this place ever again. Their prices are excessive specially for the service they give, there are a lot more places out there to go to I don't recommend this place at all!!!

This week, I went to change the frames. A young lady took off my two lenses and began to install them in the new frames. She helped another man pick up while installing them. She talked to the other three people passing by. My two lenses have different degrees and astigmatism. She didn't pay attention to it. After wearing them for two days, my eyes still didn't adapt to it. I was dizzy. I wonder if it would be possible It's two lenses that are installed wrong. She really installed the wrong lens. I took off the lens and installed it again. This time, there was no discomfort. This is the most irresponsible employee I have met in Costco. She wants to say hello to everyone! Your enthusiasm is in the wrong place!
