Came this morning to pick up some contacts. I was very in a struggle but Jessica, what’s the most professional person I’ve ever dealt with highly recommend I go from city to city and come back to San Diego and she is always there 10 out of 10 leadership.
I used to sell glasses before and this is a great example of how NOT to do it. The people sure do explain well enough but they seem annoyed to have to explain to you basic stuff. Buying glasses is already stressful because you are essentially buying permanent accessories for your face and the people working here seem to hate you and your face.
Great service and no wait at an incredible discount--Costco is my "go to" stop for glasses! I got two comparable sets of frames and lenses for 1/2 the price my optician wanted for one. Costco lenses outlast LensCrafters by 3 to 1.
Amazing service! Talented opticians! Kindra always adjusts my frames to perfection!
