Bought two frames at the same time, one pair seemed like it had the wrong prescription as I couldn't see out of it and it gave me a headache. They looked at it and said it was the correct prescription, wouldn't do anything. I've tried for over a year and have not been able to "adjust" to whatever is wrong with that pair, so I've been stuck with only one pair of glasses, no backups. And now after two years, the pair I have been using and can see out of is no longer usable because the coating on the glass has been peeling away and now looks like it has permanent dirt smudges on the glass where the coating is missing, so my vision is blurred with this pair, too. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had issues like this.

Dr. Lee was super nice and helpful. I went in to get an eye exam for new glasses and get contacts for the first time. His front office manager was nice but was rushing me when I was trying to learn how to put my contacts in. She kept saying that I needed to hurry up because Dr. Lee had another appointment. Then, after everything was done I went to order my new glasses and they said it would take a week. A week went by and my glasses were ready for pick up. I went to go pick them up but the right lens was extremely blurry. I showed them my prescription and the lady (Camille) then realized that she had entered in the wrong numbers. My right lens was supposed to be a 0.50 and she entered it as 5.00. So now I get to wait a whole week again for my glasses to be ready because Camille decided to not double check my prescription. Unbelievable. The staff should be required to make sure they're doing their jobs right. That's not fair that I have to wait another week to get my glasses because a staff member didn't pay attention and messed up my order.

Absolutely abysmal customer service from the Spanish woman working in the vision center. Couldn't be bothered to actually even check to see if a pair of frames I saw online was available in-store. She didn't even look at my phone to see what the frames I liked were called. She just gave me an answer of "what we have online we don't have in store." She clearly didn't want to be bothered. The worst part is this was during a time when nobody else was there. Things were slow. I wasn't surprised to see poor reviews from so many others with similar experiences afterwards. Don't bother with this location for frames or lenses. This Costco location should be embarrassed.

They barely answered my question with a “no” and then walked away. Terrible customer service, 0 stars if I could.

WOW - the best pair of glasses I’ve ever put on my face! I’m really impressed with the quality of the lens, and the frames have exceeded my expectations. They have a decent selection of frames, discount, moderate, and some higher end. And even with less reimbursement from VSP here than a “Premium” location, I definitely saved money, easily 40% less. My progressive glasses were back in less than a week.
