Jeff claimed any frames older than 2 years will not be lensed, which I think is a scam in itself. So, my son and I purchased the frames and got them lensed. At pickup, even though Jeff was standing free, he was in no mood to help with fitting. He said my son had uneven ears. 90% population has uneven features, that is why fitting is needed. He had the attitude of not wanting to do anything. When I asked him to fix the fit, he grudgingly tried. And when even that did not work, he acted annoyed and told me how it will not work because of my son's uneven ears (my son has no physical disability). This is the 1st time I have experienced any optical department not wanting to correct the fitting. Oh, and my prescription is wrong. I came home and tried my computer glasses, and they are blurry. At the store, he gave me a printed card to read and that was fine. But Jeff seems to have messed to my Rx. I had given him 3 prescriptions from my optician. He said he can 'calculate' the strength from only 1, and didn't even look at the other 3 prescriptions. I KNOW I don't want to go back to this store. I will try a different costco store or go to my optician. 2 stars for Costco optical for not training their employees properly.
