Laura is FABULOUS. She was patient, kind, and took her time finding me glasses that I love. This was my first time getting glasses, and she gave her honest opinion and was very knowledgeable about shape and fit. Cannot thank her enough.

Went in to get all three pairs of my fairly new glasses adjusted! Always busy but Denny patiently adjusted all three so my vision is better! (I have a weird issue with my eyes) great service, great chat while waiting! Nice to have someone who likes their job! Joyce has helped me multiple times and also great! Not sure if I left a comment after she helped me, she suggested frames for me to try twice and I love both pair and get compliments on both frequently!! Thanks Denny and Joyce you deserve accolades!

My 84 year old father has some medical (and hearing) issues and I take him here to get his hearing aides cleaned or adjusted when needed. Wesley happens to be working almost every time we come in and he is such a patient, kind, and wonderful person to deal with (especially in a busy store). Very comforting to know there’s someone like him there willing to listen and be helpful! Other staff has always been great with us too, but after another pleasant experience today I felt the need to give Wesley some credit where credit is due. I wouldn’t take my dad anywhere else.

Joyce was the best I've seen in the business. She just fit me for 3 pair of glasses, and is very knowledgeable in her field. She is great when giving her advice and opinions. I don't want anyone else, but her to help me in the future!

The receptionist here did an amazing job taking care of me, from making the appointment to helping me with the beginning of the eye exam. The Dr. gave me an incorrect prescription, claiming my eye sight had gotten "better"... unfortunately, this was not an accurate prescription. When I called back for help with migraines, double vision and light sensitivity I was told I would have to pay for a full exam again if I wanted assistance since it had been outside of their guarantee. I've been working with another Dr who confirmed the issues I am having are due to an incorrect prescription. Unfortunately the prescription that the Dr. at this clinic wrote for has caused long standing damage. I'm hoping I can still recover my eyesight but if not I will have to pay for this mistake the rest of my life.
