If you need progressives don't go here. They don't know what they are doing. When I put on my glasses everything was blurry. They started bending and twisting my glasses "making adjustments". They got them close but not right. You just need to try them for a few days, it's a new prescription. Come back if it doesn't get better. Well, I could only wear them for 5 minutes. So I took them back. They checked the lenses to see if they matched my prescription. They said the lenses were off so they ordered new ones. New lenses came in tried them on same thing, blurry. The lady told me I need have the doctor check my prescription. She didn't even try to make any adjustment like I was wasting her time. I took the glasses to my doctor's office and all they had to do was use the proper tools and knowledge to adjust my glasses. It only took them about 5 minutes to do this and I can see. I thought I was going to have to throw a $ 300.00 pair of glasses away. I do not recommend Costco optical..

I called in February to many an Appointment, they were booked out till may, I said ok and went ahead and scheduled it. The day of the appointment the receptionist was out and The optometrist “check me in”, didn’t ask me for my insurance before eye exam and had to pay out of pocket for the vision test. The optometrist told me to mail a vsp form and I will receive a refund. I mailed the form back in May and have not heard back from them, if I would of known I was going to have to pay out of pocket I would Of scheduled the appointment somewhere else.

Very affordable glasses, good selection. They were helpful with making sure I got glasses that fit well and wouldn’t be tight. Extras like scratch resistance and shade transition don’t cost extra. Was able to pick them up a week later and get them adjusted to fit better.

Received an email glasses were in. Went to pick up today. Kat said they had already been picked up. Explained a second pair had been ordered and paid for, she said there was no record of that. After continuing to insist they weren't there, she finally looked harder. Yes glasses were in the drawer, they'd been filed incorrectly. Very poor customer service

Bought 3 pairs of glasses at once during a great sale. 2 of the pairs have never been adjusted properly to my face even though I've been back to the store at least a dozen times. One pair was so bad that they kept falling off my head until the frames broke. I had to buy new frames and those fit even worse. They came to the store wider than the widest part of my head. The other pair fits almost as bad. I've been back to the store to have them adjusted numerous times. They also came with a smear in the lens that's rather large. It's some sort of scratch In the anti glare coating. No warranty for that either. It's just a huge blurry spot in the middle of my vision. Horrible!
