Honestly had a great time here, everyone is very friendly and relaxed. Elise especially is super nice and knowledgeable! She also cleaned my glasses while I was being examined, and tightened them so that was great.
My daughters and i went to Pearl Vision on West Main and we had the best experience. Tyler Richmond went above and beyond to help with some issues! Tyler spent more than enough time fixing a problem we were told couldn't be fixed by another individual. Tyler gained three new customers for life!
I would not recommend this office. My appointment took over 2 hours, which is far too long for a routine eye exam. While the technician was very kind, helpful, and apologetic about the delay, the staff responsible for measuring for glasses were unhelpful and came across as unkind. The technician was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. No eye exam should take 2 hours. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
The tech was excellent. Explained everything. Moved through the tests and uploading seamlessly. The virtual visit seemed very thorough. The gentleman who checked me out was very kind and helpful as well. LOVE the moisturizing eye mask for dry eye!
Bought glasses there a few years ago. Went in last week to get a pair bought at another store adjusted. Spent 20mins adjusting them and repairing my wife’s sunglasses (not purchased there). With this kind of service will not shop anywhere else.
