I had an excellent experience both with the customer service as well as their efficiency! I arrived at my appointment about ten minutes early, they had my fill out paperwork, handed it back in and they asked me to take a seat, before I could even sit back down, they were calling me back. I was very pleased with how informative, and friendly they were!
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr took their time to answer questions with patience
Went to Spartan Vision located in Fruitport Costco for an eye exam and glasses. Saw Dr. Roubos, what a gem he was! He was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and was an excellent teacher. He took lots of time and went above and beyond. Learned lots about my vision and how it has changed. Highly recommend.
Dr Roubas and Hailey were very courteous and professional. Best eye exam I ever had.
We had a great experience at spartan vision today! They got us in and out quickly while still taking extra time to get to know my 2 kids and calm some nerves. Hallie was really great with the pre exam photos and made it fun like a game! Dr Roubos also did great with kids letting them see the pictures and really explaining the process while making it fun for them! We will definitely be returning for our next exams! Thank you!
