I had a Lasik enhancement done. There wasn't a post op check and developed a cornea infection. At first they were nice and took steps to correct. After a transplant and numerous visits they developed a nasty attitude. They're carelessness cost me the sight in my right eye. I was trying to be nice and patient only to be treated badly. They drug everything out long enough so I could not even sue for my loss. I guess there is only a short window to sue for medical issues. This place has limited a part of my life I can't replace
I am from out of town & forgot to bring my daily wear contacts. Needless to say, I was a bit desperate as my vision without them is pretty bad. I spoke with Candace, who went out of her way to help me, especially considering I am not a patient at their office. She had trials available that fit my prescription & I was able to pick them up right away. Shoreline Vision has a wonderful employee & the office was clean and welcoming. Thank you again!!
I see Dr. Barron he's always seems to be in a hurry, one hand on the door ready to get out of the room. Spends 5 mins tops with you after you wait 10-15 min for him! Don't seem like he wants to answer your questions, nurse said well he's busy I'll answer them for you after he left,I said no thanks never mind! Shoreline Vision getting too Big for Muskegon, its get to be a Monopoly just like Trinity Hospital!
Brought a parent in for an appointment the other day. The assistant did the follow up check and then they made us wait an HOUR so the DR. could sit them down for less than a two minute exam. All while I watched everyone that arrived after us go first.
