honestly they shouldn’t even get one star VERY rude and unprofessional if you ask me , they couldn’t figure out my ID number for my insurance so i said i’d bring them everything in tomorrow and she said i couldn’t because they wouldn’t have time to do it like huh? & then proceeded to tell me that if my ID didn’t work over the phone what makes me think it’s gonna work tomorrow? hahahaha her name was deb or whatever but either way DO BETTER AND DONT BE RUDE.

Great place friendly staff been going here for years. Staff are very knowledgeable and can assist with most questions.

Staff is decent but service is slow. Waited 25 minutes before being seen and I had an appt. Dr Unger is personable and friendly. I wouldn't recommend visiting on a weekend. Started using this center as referral from my old eye Dr... starting to think I should go back to Eye Care One...
