I can’t recommend Dr. Heintz and her staff enough. Over the past year I’ve been here for my annual exam twice, an emergency appointment, a contact lens fitting, and my husband has been seen here as well. Every single experience has been outstanding. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. I never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer questions thoroughly. A special thank you to Sarah during my contact lens fitting. She didn’t just play instructional videos, she actually took her own contacts in and out to demonstrate the process in person. She was so patient and encouraging, and it made learning to wear contacts so much less intimidating. When I needed an emergency appointment, they got me in quickly and treated me with the same kindness and attention as any other visit. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, even though I know fitting in appointments isn’t easy. They also gave me extra contact lenses at no charge while we worked through issues with different brands, which I really appreciated. This office consistently goes above and beyond, and I always leave feeling cared for. They truly are the best of the best.

I had forgot both my contacts and glasses when traveling for my son’s soccer and was in a panic about what to do after today. Blake at the Costco optical was amazing, polite and saved the day. He found some contacts in my very near sighted prescription. Great customer service!

Positive: Employee and doctor interactions were professional and friendly. Negative: At an appointment specifically for getting glasses, doctor refused to give my pupillary distance measurement when asked. This is necessary for buying glasses online. After telling me it is better that this be measured in person, the doctor told me I would have to use whatever app or tool the online retailer had instead of her giving me the measurement.

I have been seeing Dr. Heintz for about 3 years now and am so pleased with the services and staff. In fact I choose to go here even though it's not in network for me because she is that wonderful and you can't beat the prices! I never feel pressured into services or products I don't like or feel that I don't need. I highly recommend her offices to anyone looking for a optometrist!

I was on vacation when my prescription expired. Lost one pair and scratched the other. Came back to buy replacements and Dr. Heintz refused to extend the date. Obviously cares more about money than me. My family will be doing business elsewhere from now on.
