Dr. Earley is very personable, caring, and does an excellent job. You can tell she’s passionate about her job and loves what she does. The person who completed the process/order was very kind and personable as well. The exam cost here vs somewhere else would have been way more. I’d recommend this company and Dr over other companies. Quality care and personable people. Amazing Doctor- the best eye Dr I have seen.
We are traveling from Texas to Omaha for my son’s baseball tournament when we realized in Kansas City he left his contacts in Oklahoma. We called and walked in to about 5 different stores with no help. I went to one last store (Vision Source Eye Care- Kansas City North) before we planned to give up and was greeted with the friendliest customer service. Britney Sharp (Asst. Mgr/ Optical Lead) called my son’s optometrist and was able to get an approved compatible brand of contacts for my son’s prescription. She took the extra mile to help me and call his Doctor all the way in Texas. There was no way he could play baseball in Omaha without her help. We are so grateful to her and wanted to write a review to show how much we appreciated all her help! Thank you 🙏.
Always have had a great experience with the eye docs and staff at the north location. Especially Dr. Earley! I have had urgent eye concerns pop up and have been able to be fit in somewhere within that same day or the day after. Good vibes from the front desk ladies, techs, docs, and getting fitted/ordering!
Britney is without a doubt someone who epitomizes excellence in customer service. She is patient, answers questions, makes suggestions, ensures benefits are exhausted so as to save on out of pocket expenses and isn’t afraid to honestly answer questions like “how do these look!” Go see her and you will realize that customer service still exists.
The whole staff have been been A+. They took me in on short notice twice. Dr Pham is so nice and knowledgeable at her job. Great personality
