Costco Optical

I enjoy coming here for my glasses and contacts usually since when I go they have options and can order my contacts easily but the new system for lines I thought I would just get called up. A worker named Yoshi was just waiting around doing nothing while I'm waiting to be called and a guy came up and she jumped to help him while I was still standing right in front of her :( the guy that helped was very very kind and got me in and out but i felt disregarded by Yoshi.

I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yoshi at the Costco Bridgewater Optical department. While the team at this location is always good, Yoshi went above and beyond. She created a comfortable environment and took the time to explain the features and benefits of my options thoroughly. ​What truly stood out was her consultative approach; she didn't just process my order—she offered honest opinions and even involved her coworkers to ensure I made the perfect selection. If you are visiting this location for glasses, I highly recommend asking for Yoshi. She is a true asset to the team!

I have been totally impressed with the service I received over my past 4 visits. The people who work in this department are helpful,polite and caring. I have received my new glasses yesterday and they are perfect. I will continue to use Costco as my major optical store. Thanks so much!

Last year was my first time getting a prescription updated in over 5 years. Dr. Delotte was thorough and spent the time answering my questions while evaluating my vision. He actually found an error in my glasses prescription when I presented him with my previous paperwork from another location and this helped tremendously. My contacts were delivered within two weeks of ordering through Costco. Overall a good experience and I plan to continue my business here.
