I don’t want to go into detail, but I bought a TV (was super excited for me/family) and incident happened unfortunately. Costco made the situation right, I’m very happy with the way they handled the situation. I will continue to make purchases through them, because they actually care about their customers. I don’t remember the general mangers name unfortunately, but he made my experience the experience you would hope for. Thank you Sir. (The rest of the staff was amazing as well)

This morning, I stopped by Costco while I was already in the area, about 20 minutes from my home. I scanned my membership card at the entrance, and an employee asked if I wanted to upgrade to an Executive Membership. I politely declined. I was then told that because I wasn't an Executive member, I couldn't enter until 10:00 a.m. I understand that businesses have different membership tiers and policies. What disappointed me wasn't just the rule itself—it was how it made me feel. I was already there, ready to shop and spend my money, yet I was turned away because I chose not to upgrade my membership. My hope is that Costco will reconsider this policy or, at the very least, think about how it is communicated to customers. Loyalty shouldn't leave people feeling less valued because they don't pay for a higher membership tier. Every member deserves to be treated with respect and appreciation. This experience left me sad, not angry. Small interactions matter, and they shape how customers feel about a company. I hope Costco continues to value all of its members equally and remembers that kindness and respect are just as important as membership benefits.

I have had the Executive membership in past years. I loved the products, prices, and service. However, After this evening’s experience for my elderly disabled mother and I, I will never step foot in a Costco again. If that means paying a higher price or going without, then so be it. I hadn’t been in a Costco for quite a while. My mother and I were considering getting a joint executive membership. She wanted to look through the store to see if the store offered enough of what she liked and needed to pay for the membership. Due to the rude behavior from the entrance of the store, to the customer service, and management, as well as with the policy that in order to even simply look through the store you have to buy a membership is bullishit. I get having to have a membership to purchase things. However, not allowing people to do a walkthrough to even see if they want a membership to begin with is ridiculous. Went to SAM’S CLUB AND WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY WELCOME AND NO ISSUE WITH SIMPLY BROWSING TO SEE IF MY ELDERLY DISABLED MOTHER AND I EVEN WANTED A MEMBERSHIP. We were asked by a few SAM’S CLUB EMPLOYEES OF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. We kindly declined and explained we were just browsing to see if we wanted a membership. No attitude was given. My mother and I went on browsing with NO ISSUES. When walking out, we were met with equally pleasant attitudes. I will definitely tell anyone who’s considering a membership to Costco to reconsider and go to Sam’s Club.

Thank you to the pharmacy department for the excellent service and care! The cashier kindly took extra time to seek out my prescription insurance saving me money, and the pharmacist took the time to explain the side effects and how best to properly take the medications given. Great customer service is much appreciated!

Had an eye exam a month ago. Got my glasses yesterday from another maker. They are horrible. I called Costco eye and the lying receptionist said there was an appointment tomorrow (Wednesday) @ 2:30 or next Thursday. I work third shift. So I took Wednesday. Show up an he claims he never told me wed., he said this Thursday or next Thursday. Useless as tits on a bull. Lies and bullshit I am done with. Lost a patient and a customer. Do better
