Dr. Razzano was kind, efficient, and very patient with how anxious I was about my eyes and eyewear. Barbara was amazing at finding affordable options for me, so that I could get the best lenses for my needs while in a great set of frames. What a gift to have small town comfort and premium care that is affordable. Not sure how they do it, but I am certainly going to support it! Stop in, you will not regret it.
It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The staff was friendly, and the doctor took extra time to get to know me. They have brand-new equipment, and the convenient location right here in Plain City.
This was my first visit here and I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to all! The staff and the Doctor were all very friendly. The appointment was quick but thorough. And they were patient while I tried on a million pairs of glasses! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
UPDATE: MY MAIN BEEF! TO FIX ISSUE. NEW FRAMES MORE MONEY…OK.. CHEAPER FRAMES… NO REFUND. I do not Recommend.3.5 months later And I still don’t have working glasses. They kept getting measurements wrong. PRESCRIPTION WAS FINE. Went to Walmart so I had a pair. PC EyeCare seems to be blaming me for not choosing the right frame. They wanted more money to fix after remaking the lenses twice. I have worn glasses for years and NEVER saw anything like this mess I have lived through. They already had $818. Wanted $43 more. Walmart was $305. Same thing and worked fine! They seemed to feel I could not see my desk and everything else in the same pair and wanted me to get computer glasses. I told them The rest of the world has one pair and all my others work for all that. They knew they were wrong from the start and let me leave with them That way. When I went back in she said it said in her notes it was off. It is a full on mess almost 4 months later. There was another woman there on my first visit that had the same problem so that should have told me. Just do your job and do it right. It’s not a lot to ask. They refunded the money back on an old insurance plan that I do not have and a gift card that was disposed of after they charged all of it. They did not care. He works at Target and other places. This must be why. HORRIBLE SERVICE in my personal experience and opinion.
Dr. Razzano and his team were super friendly and a huge help figuring out insurance issues. We will definitely be coming back!
