First time going to the optical department at Costco. Got a number and the wait went fast. I had a prescription from another clinic but they are so expensive. I thought I would give Costco a try. Omg! I got two pairs for less than one pair at my eye doctors office. The only thing I wish Costco was able was able to get different color in a styles that I liked.👍🏼👍🏼

Customer service goes a long way. Acknowledgment would be nice. I have been to this location multiple times and find it frustrating with the amount of employees working at a time, that not one bothers to acknowledge people waiting to be helped. I understand being understaffed can be hard, but a simple "Hi, we'll be right with you." would suffice. Its hard to justify being completely ignored.

I went into Costco as a walk in after an unsatisfactory appointment elsewhere and was able to get an appointment scheduled for contact lenses for 40 minutes after I entered. The optometrist started helping me as soon as I was there even with my appointment being 40 minutes away. The staff were very patient with me and helped me a lot. I was able to get my new glasses and contacts ordered fairly quickly for the amount of people waiting!

Horrible experience with this location (though other Costco locations optometrists have always been positive experiences for me). The optometrist was not good at communicating information, was pushy and short, and didn’t even tell me the results of my exams. Would not return.

Every single time here, it is a long wait time. Just need to get glasses adjusted, they tell you to wait at the prepaid area to get faster help, but nobody helps anyways.
